About the position

The Sales Advisor at Hamer Toyota, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group, is responsible for guiding customers through their sales journey while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes building relationships, effective communication, and a passion for helping others, all while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey.
  • Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow-up.
  • Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web lead, phone lead, store lead).
  • Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
