About The Position
DePaula Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center team in Albany, NY. This role is essential in driving customer engagement, managing inbound and outbound communications, and ensuring a seamless delivery of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of automotive sales processes to maximize showroom traffic and sales opportunities.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the BDC team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer follow-up and lead management.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve BDC operations.
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Train, coach, and motivate BDC representatives to reach their full potential.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and incentives.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
