We are looking for Automation Service Engineering Associates I/II to join our growing Service Engineering team in support of clinical patient testing in one of our CLIA labs. The Automation Service Engineering Associate I/II will be responsible for delivering primary service response to laboratory operations at the Billion To One - Menlo Park (Oncology) location. The selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate for this position is skilled in providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting errors with laboratory automation equipment, and maintaining detailed records of issues and resolutions. The role is an onsite position. Shift Hours: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 2:30pm-11pm (+30% PM Shift Differential).
