Responsibilities
- Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
- Remove tenders from carcass
- Sort and grade product
- Make boxes
- Bag finished product
- Pack bagged product into boxes
- Tape boxes
- Scale boxed product to required weight
- Label boxes as applicable to customer specifications
- Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner
Requirements
- Ability to stand for a period of time
- Ability to walk and reach with hands and/or arms
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 POUNDS
