Autism Therapist - CBT/BT - Full-Time

ABA Centers of Washington is seeking dedicated Autism Therapists for full-time positions in Kent, Renton, and Burien. This role involves delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and their families, aiming to achieve life-changing outcomes. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
- Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review
- Behavior Technician (BT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM for training
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing
Nice To Haves
- Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Prior exposure to ABA services
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
