Responsibilities
- Provide in-home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Assist clients in achieving greater independence through job coaching and daily living activities.
- Transport individuals to community activities using a reliable vehicle.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
- Support clients during community outings and mentorship activities.
Requirements
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Ability to pass a CORI background check.
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in teaching or coaching individuals with disabilities.
- Familiarity with Positive Behavioral Supports.
