About The Position

Jones & Roth CPAs & Business Advisors is seeking an experienced Audit Senior or Manager (CPA) with 3–8 years of assurance experience serving not‑for‑profit organizations, employee benefit plans, or/and privately held businesses. The Audit Senior / Manager will oversee client engagements, supervise team members, and maintain strong client relationships. This role offers opportunities for advancement, as well as FlexLife and hybrid work arrangements.

Requirements

• Active CPA license
• 4–8 years of public accounting experience in audit/assurance
• Strong technical skills in GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting
• Experience supervising and developing staff
• Excellent communication and client service skills

• Audit experience with Employee Benefit Plans (EBP)
• Audit experience with Construction industry
• Reviews and compilations

Responsibilities

• In-charge / Manage audit and assurance engagements from planning to completion
• Lead and supervise interns, staff, and senior accountants
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to add value to clients and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm quality standards
• Participate in firm initiatives and niche industry teams
