About the position

The Audit Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational integrity and compliance of our medical practice. This position involves managing audit lists, scheduling appointments, and conducting detailed analyses to uphold quality control and regulatory standards. The Audit Agent is dedicated to enhancing patient care through meticulous oversight and proactive engagement in operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle audit lists as assigned, ensuring accurate processing and documentation in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Efficiently book and manage appointments for audits, coordinating with relevant departments and office management.
• Assist in analyzing audit data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and compliance with established protocols.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, present data insights, and make recommendations for improvements to the Corporate Compliance Officer.
• Work closely with other departments to foster a culture of quality and compliance, providing support and information as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to audit processes and compliance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in quality control, data analysis, or a related field preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in task execution.
• Expertise in navigating and managing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality protocols for sensitive patient information.
• Willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule, including availability on Saturdays.
