We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Barclays Center Arena team in Brooklyn, NY! The intern will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to various projects. This position is designed to provide exposure to different aspects of our organization and offers a dynamic learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining AV equipment, including cameras, microphones, projectors, and lighting systems.
  • Support the production of videos, podcasts, and other multimedia content by participating in filming, recording, and editing.
  • Help coordinate live events, webinars, and presentations, ensuring all AV requirements are met.
  • Organize and manage digital assets, including footage, graphics, and audio files.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of AV equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
  • Stay up-to-date with AV technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or certification in Media Production, Audio-Visual Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing tools.
  • Basic understanding of AV equipment and technical setups.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for storytelling and multimedia production.
