About the position
The Attendant Spa position at Caesars Atlantic City is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the spa facilities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This part-time role involves various duties including opening and closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and guest interactions to enhance their experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates superior customer service skills and maintains a positive attitude.
- Creates a welcoming atmosphere and builds relationships with guests.
- Checks for guest satisfaction and resolves service issues promptly.
- Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership.
- Maintains cleanliness of all equipment, exercise areas, and locker rooms.
- Performs opening duties such as turning on steam, saunas, and Jacuzzis, and checking equipment safety.
- Cleans equipment daily and reports malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Performs laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Greets guests in a friendly manner and offers personalized service.
- Recommends and up-sells products and services to guests.
- Performs closing duties including turning off equipment and restocking amenities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be certified in CPR or able to obtain certification within 90 days.
- Two years of experience in a health spa environment preferred.
- Ability to use and instruct on Universal Equipment.
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
