About the position

The ATM Live Specialist is responsible for handling customer calls related to ATM services, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues. This role involves educating customers about bank products and services, reviewing mobile and ATM deposits, and performing various banking functions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer ATM live calls and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with account transactions, questions, and problem resolution.
• Educate customers about bank products and services, and cross-sell based on their needs.
• Review mobile and ATM deposits, and perform various review functions.
• Maintain knowledge of personal and business banking products and services.
• Keep updated on banking regulations, procedures, and policies.
• Accurately enter customer information into the database and complete request forms.
• Process Accuity and SSI requests via online portal.
• Review Non-Post resolutions and various reports as assigned.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of prior banking experience or equivalent expected.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of banking products and procedures.
• Ability to operate a PC and keyboard with accuracy and speed.
• Excellent telephone and video communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Basic data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with constant interruptions.
• High level of confidentiality and teamwork.
