About the position

The At Your Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service during various At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup in Store transactions, processing returns, and assisting customers with their shopping experience. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers in a friendly manner.
• Recommend products by identifying customer needs and inspiring purchases.
• Assist customers with the Buy Online Pickup in Store process.
• Monitor alerts to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Conduct customer pick-up and deliver orders curbside.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to drive sales.
• Follow store audit policies and procedures.
• Adhere to asset protection and inventory control procedures.

Requirements

• Good understanding of products and ability to provide expert guidance to customers.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person, virtually, and via phone.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and achieve sales goals.
• Proficient in using point of sale technology and applications.
• Self-driven to keep up with product knowledge and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
