Advise clients on how to improve the credibility of their nonfinancial reporting by communicating performance, and responding to the development of corporate, nonfinancial, and integrated reporting frameworks. Apply understanding of nonfinancial disclosure standards, frameworks and questionnaires such as GRI, TCFD, ISSB, SASB, CDP, UNPRI, and other reporting frameworks. Apply understanding of emerging nonfinancial reporting regulations worldwide such as the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and California’s climate disclosure laws. Apply understanding of carbon credits or offsets issued under voluntary and/or regulatory standards. Share market updates on the latest regulatory developments and leading reporting practices with key audit client contacts. Help clients to identify stakeholder expectations, as well as assist in providing trust and confidence to the market on performance and in creating long-term value. Responsibilities may include developing nonfinancial disclosures, integrated annual reports and other communications. Responsible for establishing corporate governance risk disclosures, collecting and collating nonfinancial data to support management reporting, reporting to the board, and external disclosures and developing internal and external reporting strategies, including identifying KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Responsible for leading fieldwork, managing performance, and keeping engagement leaders updated on audit engagements. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
