About the position

The Associate Vice President of Business & Commercial Operations at Elevations Credit Union is responsible for directing and coordinating all operational activities related to business and commercial operations. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with business products and policies, enhancing the member experience, and driving organizational efficiency through process improvement and product development. The position requires collaboration across various departments to execute projects and improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate operational activities associated with business and commercial operations.
• Ensure compliance with business products and policies.
• Enhance the member experience related to process and product development.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Business Services team.
• Engage in vendor contract negotiations and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators for business and commercial products.
• Identify trends and implement system and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in product management/development and/or banking.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in business or commercial banking.
• Experience in process improvement within a financial institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and influence stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of core systems.

Nice-to-haves
