As an Associate Talent Acquisition Sourcer with Insight, you’ll contribute to our diverse and inclusive workforce. We’ll count on you to attract top talent from around the world! Along the way, you’ll utilize your research and engagement techniques to build relationships with candidates across all disciplines, with a focus on roles within our Public Sector business.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand talent requirements and develop sourcing strategies that align with our global talent acquisition goals.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and other channels, to identify potential candidates on a global scale.
  • Proactively source and engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds to build a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions, considering cultural fit and language proficiency for global roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations in different regions.
  • Provide regular updates to recruiters across different time zones on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline, highlighting key findings and recommendations for further engagement.

Requirements

  • A willingness to learn and grow in a hybrid role, on-site 3x per week at our state-of-the-art HQ in Chandler, AZ.
  • A passion for sourcing talent, with any experience in Solutions Sales or Public Sector Sales being a plus.
  • A foundational understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and professional networking platforms for candidate engagement.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment while sourcing candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to portray the company and open positions in a compelling light to potential candidates.
  • Strong time-management skills, a sense of urgency, and attention to detail to document sourcing activities and candidate interactions effectively.
