About The Position

Bailiwick is seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to help contribute to our ongoing success and growth. The Associate Project Manager will be involved with supporting projects. The key responsibility of this role is to support Vendor Partners on site performing services by making status calls or by taking calls and being the first level for escalations. This role will be tasked with thoroughly documenting and/or overseeing site status while Technicians are on site, along with reviewing deliverables prior to releasing the Technicians. This position will need to ensure all status communications are handed off to the Project Manager each day. Overall, this role will work on a wide range of activities related to project success. This role will assist in process, documentation, and help drive improvements and efficiencies. This position will work with Project Managers as well as other departments to document and accurately provide project statuses. Lastly, this role will attend project meetings when directed, providing project reporting and analysis and recommendations on issues.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years relevant business experience
  • Able to work in a variety of systems, FieldPoint, SharePoint, Excel as per customer/project agreements
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite tools
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments
  • Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent related experience
  • Prefer prior experience or familiarity with ERP software applications
  • Prefer prior experience in Project Coordination
  • Prior experience with using FieldPoint preferred
  • Any relevant certifications a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring each Technician is in route to be on time
  • Validating that the Technician understands the state of work and has all necessary equipment, materials, and tools
  • Validate that all equipment and or materials are on site and that the Technician has access
  • Ensure Technicians are staying on schedule and that deadlines are met
  • Be the first point of escalation to the Technician
  • Make decisions around Vendor Partner’s work onsite as it relates to customer expectations
  • Prioritize issues based on business impact to the customer and Service Level Agreement
  • Track Issues/Tasks/Action Items with Vendor Partner based on project needs
  • Coordination/tracking of tasks with team
  • Document Support/Coordination using various systems
  • Provide project plan updates to Project Managers and/or customers
  • Create Weekly Status Reports for Project Manager and/or customer
  • Deliverables review and tracking between the Technical Project Coordinator team and Project Management teams
