About The Position
The Opportunity: Associate PM – Creative Operations helps to drive the completion of visual assets for assigned Brands through the consumer journey, from Packaging to eCommerce, and Social Media.
Requirements
- Strong experience in project management, able to focus and multitask
- Strong sense of organization, leadership, communication, and business acumen
- Professionalism - must possess excellent client service skills
- Ability to lead meetings and present at a high level
- Production experience or knowledge of photo and video production
- Ability to create process and follow procedures
- Experience with Workfront or other management tools, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud

Responsibilities
- Track and manage omnichannel asset creation in WorkFront for assigned Mattel brands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure samples, 3D renders, and high-res images
- Support photo shoot production, including logistics, product prep, and on-set coordination
- Lead weekly status meetings to track deliverables and escalate blockers as needed
- Maintain digital assets through tagging, organization, and publishing workflows
- Partner with Creative and Production to ensure asset accuracy and brand consistency
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
- Document and communicate clearly to support cross-functional alignment
