As an associate project manager, Creative Operations, you will support the efficient routing and review of global packaging artwork in partnership with internal teams and external partners. You will play a critical role in maintaining brand integrity, ensuring compliance, and enabling streamlined collaboration across global stakeholders. In this role, you will also help strengthen and scale creative operations by identifying opportunities to drive consistency, improve workflows, and support repeatable processes across markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in creative project coordination or management, ideally within CPG or packaging workflows.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills within creative or operational environments.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to communicate feedback clearly and effectively across stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MarTech systems and intellectual property principles.
  • Experience using Adobe WorkFront or similar project management or proofing tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead packaging artwork routing and review
  • Route Global Coffee Alliance packaging submissions to Brand and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage creative workflows and stakeholder feedback
  • Track artwork progress through Adobe WorkFront (or similar tools), support prioritization of workflows, and synthesize clear, actionable feedback from cross-functional partners to internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive consistency, compliance, and process improvement
  • Ensure all packaging meets Starbucks brand guidelines, IP standards, and regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, support scalable processes, increase clarity across global teams, and support alignment across stakeholders.
