The position is for a Licensed Therapist and an Associate Therapist, both requiring a Master's degree in a related field and offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Complete psychiatric or psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams.
  • Develop an assessment and comprehensive treatment plan that identifies the unique needs of each individual.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, psychoeducation, and group therapy.
  • Provide psychotherapy and supportive therapy to increase patient social and interpersonal activities.
  • Document all encounters in the electronic health record according to organization policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with referral sources and other members of the patient's clinical team.
  • Provide ongoing measurement of individual service outcomes and evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
  • Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management for patients.
  • Develop treatment plans which clearly identify the patient's voice, treatment strategies, and specific outcome measures.
  • Meet agency documentation standards and authorization requirements of contracts.
  • Tailor effective clinical/case management services to meet diverse patient needs.
  • Contribute to the success of MultiCare expectations and core values.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
  • Licensed in the State of Washington; LCSW-C, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Previous experience providing mental health counseling services preferred.
  • Proof of a safe driving record may be required depending on assigned area.
