The position is for a Licensed Therapist and an Associate Therapist, both requiring a Master's degree in a related field and offering a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Complete psychiatric or psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams.
- Develop an assessment and comprehensive treatment plan that identifies the unique needs of each individual.
- Provide individual, couples, family, psychoeducation, and group therapy.
- Provide psychotherapy and supportive therapy to increase patient social and interpersonal activities.
- Document all encounters in the electronic health record according to organization policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with referral sources and other members of the patient's clinical team.
- Provide ongoing measurement of individual service outcomes and evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
- Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management for patients.
- Develop treatment plans which clearly identify the patient's voice, treatment strategies, and specific outcome measures.
- Meet agency documentation standards and authorization requirements of contracts.
- Tailor effective clinical/case management services to meet diverse patient needs.
- Contribute to the success of MultiCare expectations and core values.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
- Licensed in the State of Washington; LCSW-C, LMHC, or LMFT.
- Previous experience providing mental health counseling services preferred.
- Proof of a safe driving record may be required depending on assigned area.
