About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching and lifting boxes up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Open the office each morning, ensuring everything is prepared for staff arrival (coffee made, snacks stocked, office tidy and presentable).
  • Manage inventory and ordering office supplies, snacks, drinks, and kitchen/pantry items.
  • Coordinate and manage office maintenance and repairs, liaising with building management and vendors as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including common areas, kitchens, and meeting rooms.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Support staff with booking meeting rooms and other office resources.
  • Greet and welcome staff, clients, and guests at the front desk, providing a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Handle visitor management
  • Support catering, room setup, and other logistical details for in-office events, including client lunches, breakfasts, and other gatherings.
  • Ensure smooth event operations and provide on-site support as needed.
  • Oversee intern admin assignments and provide guidance.
