About The Position

This role provides ongoing sales support by creating and maintaining tools, reports, and programs that drive growth across Sherwood accounts. The Associate Manager will supply the sales team with up-to-date price lists, inventory availability, sales programs, and key selling documents. They will also resolve day-to-day issues for customers and sales representatives, acting as a central point of coordination. A key responsibility includes analyzing inventory levels and sales trends to forecast demand and support accurate inventory planning. The role also involves coordinating customer and sales rep sample requests, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting sales presentations and seasonal tradeshows. Additionally, the Associate Manager will assist with launch readiness and execution for new products and programs, and collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Product Development, Operations, Logistics, Brand Marketing, and Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales support, wholesale operations, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the sport of hockey, or having played the sport, is considered a strong asset.
