About The Position

The Associate Manager Marketing will focus on either Brand Marketing or Digital Marketing initiatives, driving strategies that enhance our market presence and engage our audience effectively. This role is for internal management and management support applicants. Candidates located in the Northwest Arkansas area will be given priority. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related business field is required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on either brand or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen Tyson Foods’ portfolio of brands.
  • Consolidate team feedback and send meeting recaps, helping ensure projects stay on track.
  • Facilitate project and business organization by compiling and organizing key project documents on internal server.
  • Maintain project tracker and status documents at the direction of the manager.
  • Support drafting of creative briefs by aggregating key data, insights and historical context as input.
  • Analyze consumer trends, in partnership with Insights, to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Champion brand creative standards and guidelines, ensuring creative work is on-brand and on-strategy.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and web, to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Plan, execute, and manage media buying across demand-side platforms (DSPs) and retail media networks, ensuring efficient budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Optimize digital content for search engines (SEO) to enhance online visibility.
  • Contribute to the development of engaging and persuasive digital shelf content, including optimized imagery, SEO copy, enhanced content, and videos.
  • Lead analysis of external industry and internal performance information to support the efforts of Sales at multiple levels, identifying sales trends shifts in consumer operator purchase behavior, competitive risks and white space opportunity.
  • Assist in managing product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Sysco, and the company’s own website, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Work closely with internal partners (brand, sales, commerce marketing) and external partners (digital agencies, platform representatives) to align digital content with overall business strategies and enhance product visibility.
  • Monitor customer reviews and questions on digital platforms, and report feedback to improve product content and overall customer experience.
