About the position

As an Associate Field Service Representative, you will spend your day in the field driving from account to account, including hospitals, fire stations, and surgery centers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment according to Stryker Medical specifications. This role involves performing all required quality control checks and preventive maintenance in accordance with the product's maintenance manual. You will present the highest level of customer etiquette in support of the sales team and promote increased equipment and service usage by establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships. Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance, global hold repairs, and wireless and software upgrades, while being committed to completing all necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive from account to account in the field.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment according to Stryker Medical specifications.
  • Perform quality control checks and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

  • High School diploma.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong inter-personal communication skills, particularly in stress management, people management, and conflict management.
  • Ability to explain detailed instruction troubleshooting and inspection procedures.
  • Basic electronic and mechanical aptitude.
