About the position

The Associate Director - Technical Product Manager for the Cross-Divisional Marketplace Program will lead enterprise-wide data marketplace initiatives within a global pharmaceutical organization. This role requires a blend of product management expertise and cross-domain pharmaceutical experience, focusing on the design and implementation of AI and cloud technologies. The position involves collaboration with diverse stakeholders to ensure the delivery of impactful data solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-divisional stakeholders, representing product capabilities, strategy, and vision.
  • Serve as the 'voice of the customer' for the Cross-Divisional Marketplace Program, ensuring alignment with user needs.
  • Develop and refine product strategies, ensuring alignment with divisional and enterprise objectives.
  • Drive initiatives from concept through implementation, focusing on value realization for data marketplace technology.
  • Conduct and lead workshops with business and technology stakeholders to gather insights and define product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI and cloud technologies into marketplace products.
  • Work closely with architects, data scientists, and divisional IT teams to align data and analytics strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovative capabilities in the marketplace ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to measure, document, and report on the value generated by data products.
  • Represent CDNA technologies in strategy forums with divisional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8 years in product management with a focus on enterprise data, analytics, or cloud platforms, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and manage AI or cloud technologies at scale.
  • Experience leading workshops and managing stakeholder engagement.
  • Cross-domain experience within pharmaceutical sectors, including commercial, manufacturing, and compliance functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data mesh, and self-service analytics.
  • Familiarity with marketplace technologies, including data sharing, MDM, and data fabric.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as Databricks, Collibra, and QlikView.
