About the position

The Associate Director of Day Services is a full-time salaried role responsible for overseeing multiple day services and programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. This position involves supervising staff and providing direct care to individuals, ensuring that their needs are met in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple day services and programs.
• Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage staff performance and development.
• Coordinate activities and programs for individuals served.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, OR
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, OR
• Associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of good driving experience.
• Basic computer skills.
