About The Position

As the Associate Director, North America Launch, you will be instrumental in driving the successful introduction of new initiatives across the North American market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee critical launch activities, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence to achieve significant organizational impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product launches, project management, or business development.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products or services in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the food industry or subscription-based services.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of new product and service launches in North America.
• Develop and manage comprehensive launch strategies, including market analysis, go-to-market plans, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product) to ensure seamless execution.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure launch success and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with new launches.
