About the position

The Associate Director, Digital Solutions is responsible for managing the development and delivery of key digital products for the Speaker Programs and Events Services teams within the Commercial Operations division. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, and collaborating with various teams to enhance digital offerings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects for the Commercial Operations Division.
• Collaborate with account owners to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
• Serve as the liaison between the development team and the account team.
• Represent digital product offerings in new business opportunities and presentations.
• Manage the budget throughout the development and delivery process.
• Develop a revenue forecast for CommOps digital solutions and maintain its accuracy.
• Ideate improvements to CommOps' products and manage their prioritization and implementation.
• Conduct periodic meetings with account teams to update them on product improvements.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives.
• Ensure compliance of all digital products with relevant regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 7+ years in program and project management execution, digital solutions, IT or related fields.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and project management best practices.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
