This is a full-time, exempt, US-based role reporting to the VP of Global Commercial Business. We value camaraderie and the benefits of in-person connection. This voluntary model provides flexibility while fostering team collaboration. Exceptional remote candidates within the US will also be considered. Periodic travel may be required for team collaboration, training, or company events. Fully remote employees must maintain a productive home office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of the Commercial Team and regional leads to develop and execute strategic initiatives, translating high-level goals into actionable plans and tracking progress.
  • Assist in developing annual plans, setting goals, and tracking progress in close collaboration with central operations and finance.
  • Contribute to sales planning and forecasting, collaborating with regional leads, finance, and other relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with the Business Operations team and Central Operations to identify areas for improvement in sales processes.
  • Partner to implement solutions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with company-wide standards.
  • Develop and maintain regular sales performance reports and dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales enablement programs in collaboration with the Learning and Development team.
  • Partner with the Business Operations team to ensure effective territory alignment and quota setting.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Commercial Team, including administrative tasks such as territory assignments and quota setting.
  • Manage key projects and initiatives on behalf of the Head of Global Commercial Business.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Commercial Team, the Business Operations team, and other departments.
  • Manage the Head of Global Commercial Business's schedule, coordinate meetings, and prepare briefing materials.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, strategy, or finance.
  • Experience working with or supporting quota-carrying organizations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with central operation teams.
  • Proven project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, strong preference for Salesforce experience.
  • Knowledge of the environmental commodities market is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
