We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Digital Communications Manager to support the execution of paid and organic social media campaigns as well as influencer marketing programs for a variety of client accounts. This role is perfect for a social media professional with a mix of creativity, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset. As a key member of our Digital Communications team, you'll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and influencers to bring innovative campaigns to life and drive measurable results. Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google and more.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging, platform-specific content, including static posts, videos, and stories, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Support the execution of influencer marketing programs, including identifying influencers, managing outreach, coordinating contracts, and tracking deliverables.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content using management platforms such as Sprout Social and Sprinklr.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform campaign strategies.
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations that highlight campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for clients.
  • Coordinate with Digital Communication Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and seamless execution of client deliverables.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop creative and innovative campaign ideas for clients.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on paid and organic campaigns; experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their advertising features, and content formats.
  • Experience with developing and executing paid social campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar) and the ability to interpret data to drive insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling social copy.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and exploring new platforms or strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Tagger, Aspire, or GRIN) is a plus.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Sprout Social etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment and adapt to changing priorities.
