About The Position
Our clinic, Compass Dental, is looking for a passionate Associate Dentist to join a thriving, high-demand clinic in Campbell River. This role offers strong patient flow, a supportive team, and additional perks such as bonus, lodging, relocation, and retention support. The clinic is modern with 10 fully equipped operatories and a strong patient base supported by 5 active hygiene columns daily. There is high production potential, with projected monthly production ranging from $80,000–$150,000 from this role, allowing for the quick building of a busy schedule. The practice is supported by experienced dental professionals committed to mentorship, growth, and teamwork. This position also offers complimentary continuing education opportunities and free Invisalign certification.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD or equivalent from an accredited program
- Licensed or in process of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
- Eligible to practice dentistry in BC
- Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
- Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning
