TriNet is seeking a self-motivated individual to provide support to our high-volume client base focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. The role acts as a retention expert and influences retention outcomes for an assigned portfolio to ensure quality solutions. The individual will work collaboratively with internal partners such as Sales, Customer Experience, Pricing Strategy and Products to elevate the customer experience, ensure that all interactions and deliverables support the customer's business, and identify new business opportunities.
