Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0 to 3 years’ relevant professional experience (candidates with a PhD may apply to our Consultant position).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative aptitude through coursework or other experience.
  • Strong academic track record
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate active listening skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly
  • Basic coding skills (SAS, SQL, Python, VBA, etc.)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Develop code to ingest, clean, and process life sciences client data
  • Execute data processing tasks, troubleshooting errors and ensuring accuracy in both codes and final deliverables while meeting deadlines for clients
  • Identify key metrics to generate valuable insights for advanced client reports, including data visualizations in dashboards and presentations
  • Engage directly with clients, solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with your team to provide strategic solutions for salesforce sizing, territory alignment, and incentive compensation
  • Take initiative to contribute to ad-hoc projects, addressing unique client + internal team needs
