NIQ is looking for an Associate Client Manager to join their Customer Success team. This is a HYBRID position, requiring 4 days a week at client sites in the Edison, NJ area. The role involves partnering with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and client value, building strong relationships, and developing a deep expertise. The Associate Client Manager will use a consultative approach to understand client business issues, leverage NielsenIQ solutions, and apply industry knowledge to conduct advanced analyses with actionable insights and recommendations. Key responsibilities include leading client presentations, driving strategic thought leadership, identifying opportunities for increased partnership, facilitating clear day-to-day communications, ensuring client buy-in on outcomes, understanding client structures, and ensuring on-time delivery of solutions to meet forecasted revenue. Collaboration with internal partners is essential to ensure work aligns with customer business objectives.
