This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in Retail, Sales, and/or Category Management, or analyzing related data such as sales trends, assortment selections, or financial planning. Alternatively, candidates with a High School GED and at least 4 years of relevant experience will also be considered. The role involves knowledge of the procurement lifecycle and best practices, as well as experience in supplier negotiations and developing/executing sourcing strategies. Collaboration with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines is essential. Candidates should possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and be willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
