The Ready-to-Serve (RTS) portfolio encompasses a broad array of our power brands, from Campbell's to Chunky. In this role, you will immerse yourself in the brand and consumer insights to uncover untapped opportunities to drive relevancy in an increasingly competitive soup landscape. Responsibilities

  • In partnership with Demand Planning and Sales, deliver monthly consumption and demand forecasts.
  • Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization.
  • Collaborate with the brand operations team to inform monthly integrated business planning.
  • Become an expert on the brand and its competitors, continuously monitoring the market landscape and identifying trends and opportunities to guide future plans.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our long-term business goals.
  • Inspire and influence cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives.
  • Track key performance indicators, analyze data, and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2+ years relevant experience in consumer brand management. Note that MBA will count for additional experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic ever-changing working environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA strongly preferred
  • CPG experience strongly preferred
  • Food/Beverage industry experience a nice plus.
