Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school with an exceptional academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in North Carolina.
- 2+ years of substantial experience in securitization and structured finance, or a strong background in transactional work.
- Prior experience in private credit, CLOs, fund finance, or subscription line credit facilities is preferred.
