Responsibilities
- Respond to needs, questions, and concerns of parents and children in an effective and timely manner.
- Plan and execute daily classroom and outdoor activities, preparing weekly lesson plans.
- Supervise meal times, toileting procedures, and activities for children in the classroom.
- Attend all staff meetings, parent conferences as needed, and ongoing training.
- Clean and organize the center as needed.
- Ensure the health, welfare, and safety of children in the assigned group.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
Nice-to-haves
- Associate degree in early childhood education.
- Experience in the Child Development field.
