Responsibilities
- Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store.
- Manage sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.
- Work directly with customers, welcoming them and efficiently checking out their purchases.
- Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously, and effectively.
- Be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
- Lift 40 pounds consistently, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours during shift.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous retail management experience.
