Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store under the guidance of the Senior Store Manager.
• Manage sales and inventory effectively to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Supervise 2 salesclerks and assist in their training and development.
• Assist in handling gas sales and purchasing of general merchandise and consumer goods.
• Help manage stock levels and organize employee schedules.
• Coordinate promotional activities to enhance sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail management or as a Business Professional.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
