Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in staffing and store operations.
- Assist in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal store.
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability through effective guest services.
- Develop and train staff to enhance performance and service quality.
- Control expenses and manage shrinkage effectively.
- Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
- Capability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
