About the position
The Assistant Store Manager in Retail Fashion at Elabram is responsible for supporting the store's operations, sales management, and personnel development. This role involves collaborating with store partners to implement sales strategies, manage inventory, and ensure effective commodity management. The Assistant Store Manager will also play a key role in training and developing sales assistants to enhance store performance and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Cooperate with store partners to implement sales plans and analyze performance for improvements.
- Assist in the normal operation of the store.
- Manage store inventory, including commodity transfers and product displays.
- Analyze sales data and develop plans for slow-moving products.
- Provide timely feedback on purchase, sales, and stock levels to store partners.
- Train sales assistants to ensure they can independently manage daily operations.
- Assist in the development planning of subordinate sales assistants.
- Help manage store scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 3 years of experience in apparel retail as an Assistant Store Manager.
- Understanding of commodity management, display management, and personnel management in retail.
