About the position

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees alongside the Store Leader.
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
  • Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Handle cash transactions, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock.
  • Communicate effectively with excellent oral and written skills.
  • Utilize proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
  • Demonstrated strength in maintaining high retention and developing leaders.
  • Ability to assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Competency in cash handling and fuel transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, preferably Word and Excel.
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
  • A valid Driver's License from the state of residence with automotive liability insurance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in retail management for at least one year.
