Our collaborative efforts extend beyond COVID-19 variant detection, encompassing the comprehensive detection and sequencing of 30 different pathogens that could potentially be introduced into the U.S. by international travelers. The Station Manager plays a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our in-airport collection station. Reporting directly to the Station Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring budget adherence, controlling inventory, training and developing staff, monitoring KPIs, and implementing new initiatives to meet our operational objectives. You will oversee a staff whose role involves engaging with international travelers, urging them to voluntarily provide swabs. This voluntary contribution significantly aids the CDC in tracking variants and understanding the presence of various pathogens.
