Responsibilities

• Support other stylists and manage salon operations
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive salon environment
• Ensure the salon meets its goals and objectives
• Participate in manager training to grow the team and salon
• Recognize and incentivize team members for a job well done

Requirements
