The Assistant Property Manager plays a vital role in the daily operations of a self-storage facility, focusing on customer service, sales, and property management. Responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations independently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with storage needs.
- Process rental agreements and payments, and manage delinquent accounts.
- Maximize sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
- Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits according to company policies.
- Enforce company policies and procedures with a focus on safety and maximizing available units for rent.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property through regular inspections and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Cash handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to work unsupervised and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge is necessary.
