About the position

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Assistant Property Manager to support the Facilities Management team. Reporting to the VP of Facilities, this position involves a mix of responsibilities encompassing property management, facilities maintenance, and administrative support. You will work across all 9 Bridgewater Bank locations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements.
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations and lease administration.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, rental payments, and facility assets.
  • Maintain vendor management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular property and facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Oversee and assist with tenant and facility user inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, and forecasts for property and facility operations.
  • Main contact for vendors, tenants, employees, and after-hour emergencies.
  • Assist with construction buildouts, space planning, and coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, facilities management, or related field preferred.
  • 4 years of property/office management or related experience.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
