Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers (PMs) with front-end paperwork and project startup documentation.
  • Support the preparation and organization of submittals, safety paperwork, and other project-related documentation.
  • Aid in meeting startup requirements for various projects to ensure readiness.
  • Collaborate with all PMs to provide assistance as needed across different project phases.

Requirements

  • At minimum 2 Years Experience in Construction with site development experience preferred
  • Prior Experience as a Project Admin or Project Engineer
  • Ability to read/understand project drawings
  • Must have experience managing projects
  • Must have focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in submittal processes
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage documentation efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams, ensuring alignment and progress.

Nice-to-haves

  • Must have a solid understanding of submittals and RFIs (Requests for Information).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple documentation tasks simultaneously.
  • Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant PM.
