Responsibilities
Manage associates in Top Draft restaurant.
Be well versed in all activities of outlets and hotel and communicate to staff.
Maintain a clean physical appearance ensuring that the bar is set to specification at all times to hotel and health standards.
Maintain and control environment in comfortable atmosphere adhering to environmental checklist.
Assist in all Liquor Controls maintaining qualities of product.
Improve Lounge profit and budget by implementing promotions, table tents, special events, etc.
Thorough knowledge of cashiering responsibilities.
Requirements
Individual must be able to work in fast pace environment and multitask.
Proven effective leader and ability to delegate.
Able to train, develop and lead a team to success.
Computer literate and detail orientated a must, basic mathematical skills and be able to create and understand financial reports.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills.
Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of Food and Beverage Management experience.
