  • Coordinate and manage calendars for senior advisors, ensuring seamless scheduling of client meetings.
  • Assist with preparing and delivering financial analyses, reports, and client presentations.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related area (new grads welcome to apply).
  • 1+ years of financial services experience (including internships).
  • Strong operational and technical proficiencies.
  • Exceptional resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
