The Assistant Nursing Manager for the Emergency Room at Princeton Medical Center is responsible for managing the daily operations of the department to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

  • Promote optimum healthcare delivery within budgetary guidelines.
  • Oversee department operations on a 24-hour basis.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in nursing is required.
  • 1 year of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a leader or full-time charge nurse or related position.
  • Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law or regulation in the state of practice.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in nursing is preferred.
